Join us for private or group pilates classes, online or in-person.

Pilates Instruction

Find intrinsic stability through a strength and mobility practice which can assist with injury prevention, sports performance and overall wellness. Our qualified instructor is also a registered Biokineticist, providing an ideal environment for injury prevention and for maintenance of chronic injuries.

Classes can also form part of a maintenance program following rehabilitation, and these classes, upon arrangement, may be claimable from your medical aid.

Private Classes

Once per week: R200 per class

Twice per week: R185 per class 

Group Classes

Online: R55 per class

In-studio: R95 per class 

Small Private Groups

2 people: R185pp

3+ people: R150pp

Beginners Yoga: Tuesdays @ 08:00AM.
Intermediate Yoga: Tuesday @ 07:00AM, Thursdays @ 07:00AM.
Fitness Classes: Mondays @ 17:00PM, Thursdays @ 16:45PM
Free Yoga In The Park: Saturdays @ 08:00AM.
